Funeral service for Mary Ann Wood, 77, of Columbiana was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 27, 2008, at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with the Rev. Joe Stone and the Rev. Howard Brasher officiating. Burial followed at Pinelawn Gardens. Visitation was Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wood, who passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at a local hospital, was born May 19, 1930 in Birmingham. Mrs. Wood is a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Wood, and a grandson, John Wesley Wood.

She is survived by her husband, Doyle C. Wood; son, Wesley (Debbie) Wood; grandson, Jason (Tabatha) Wood; sister, Charlotte Mayne Kilgore; and a host of other family and friends.
