Forte completes construction on new office in Pelham

Local computer system development company Fort/ Inc. recently completed its new offices at the Hayesbury commercial development in Pelham.

Savannah Construction finished a 3,900-square-foot building to house the companies Fort/ and RealSource, a real estate services company led by Forte President Glenn S. Phillips’ wife Doris Phillips.

RealSource’s office include its administrative offices and a real estate closing center, a service the company offers with its contract-to-close, transaction-management services.

The two companies have more than quadrupled their space from 900-square feet in an office in Alabaster, which they worked for nearly 13 years.

Fort/ has eight employees and developed LifeTrac, a patient-routing system used by hospitals and emergency medical technicians
