Summer Gallups, 6, and her sister Chelsea, 9, recently decided to donate long layers of their hair to Locks of Love, a charity that provides wigs to children who have lost their hair because of diseases like cancer.

Summer donated a total of 10 inches of her hair. The two girls attend Wilsonville Elementary.
