Three Oak Mountain High School DECA members recently attended and competed at the International DECA Career Development Conference in Atlanta, Ga.

Students from all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Mexico attended the conference.

Students competing at the conference were required to win a region and state competition in their occupational area. Alex Wilson competed in the automotive services event, while Monalisa Ndaba and Jazmine Warren competed as a team in the Hospitality Services Team Event. Oak Mountain’s DECA advisor is Sandra Gallups
