CB& Bank of Russellville recently opened its first location in The Village at Lee Branch.

Regions Financial Corp. sold the location, along with six other branches, to CB& Bank for about $15 million after it acquired AmSouth Bancorp.

The bank has 36 branches sprawled across Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi
