-2 1/2 lbs Baby Back Ribs

-1 20-ounce Coca Cola

-1 teaspoon salt

-1 bottle Liquid Smoke

-1/2 teaspoon pepper

-10 ounces of water

-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

-3 tablespoons of dry rub (I used Cajun)

-Barbeque sauce to taste

Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder and apply to ribs. Lightly rub in dry rub. In a 10 by 14 casserole dish pour Coca-Cola, Liquid Smoke and water. Place ribs on rack over liquid – do not let ribs contact liquid. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for four hours. Remove foil, brush with favorite barbeque sauce and place under broiler for 10 to 15 minutes.
