Memorial service for Jacob Lee Douglas, age 49, of Columbiana, was at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Bolton-Letlow Chapel.

Mr. Douglas, who passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2008, was born Jan. 28, 1959, in Ocala, Fla. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleve Douglas, and a brother, Eddie Douglas.

He is survived by two daughters, Gracie Douglas and Amanda Douglas; his mother and step-father, Grace and William Green; two brothers, Hoss (Barbara) Barton, and Scott (Ginger) Barton; three sisters, Patricia (Paul) Burcham, Wanda (Anthony) Hutto and Victoria Noyes; his granddaughter, Audrey; and a host of other family and friends.
