Army Pvt. Quinton C. Jones has graduated from basic combat training at

Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C.

He is the son of Jessie Jones Jr. of Newbern, and nephew of Charles C. Woods of Alabaster.

Jones is a 2007 graduate of Sunshine High School in Newbern
