David Levey’s Chicken Salad Delight

Ingredients
8 ounces Rotini
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken (approximately three breasts) chopped into bite-sized pieces.
1 cup seedless green grapes — cut in halves
1 cup crushed pineapples drained (retain juice)
1 or 2 green apples — diced
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon green onions — finely chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip)
1 cup Miracle Whip
Boil and drain Rotini. Combine all the above ingredients. Add a portion of the pineapple juice (if needed) to create a fairly moist consistency. Salt to taste and chill overnight
