Harpersville angler Blake Parker finished second in the two-da Walmart Bass Fishing League Bama Division Super Tournament on Wheeler Lake Sunday.

Parker’s two-day catch of 10 bass, weighing 23 pounds, 14 ounces, helped earn him $2,372 in prize money. Mike Cox of Huntsville took home the top prize of $4,032 and a $711 bouns from Ranger with a 27-pound, 10 ounce catch.

Parker also took home the Boater Division Snickers Big Bass award, earning $570 for a 7-pound, 7-ounce bass that he caught on a crankbait.
