Graveside service for Harold Turner, 82, of Vincent, was Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Union UMC Cemetery. Visitation was Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel.
Mr. Turner, who passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at his home, was born on Dec. 31, 1925, in Shelby County. He is preceded in death by his son, Kerry Turner; sister, Rita Gaut and a brother, Russell Turner.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Ann Turner; son, Keith Turner; daughter, Kristie (Tom) Cotter; grandchildren, Christian Cotter, Kain, Kayla, Keith, Allison, Kevin, Kamie Turner; great grandchildren, Rebecca Putoff, Tori, Emily, Dylan Turner; brother, Claude Turner; sisters, Margaret Cannon, Carol Hutcherson and a host of other family and friends.
