A man is being held without bond at the Shelby County Jail after allegedly e-mailing child pornography to an undercover detective in Florida.

Harold Gene Rector Jr., 42, of Hanceville, is charged with federal possession and distribution of pornography, according to authorities. Under the screen name “daddyluvslilpanties,” Rector, a father of three, allegedly e-mailed explicit images of children as young as 6 years old to detective Charles Ramos in Boynton Beach, Fla.

U.S. Marshals arrested Rector at his Hanceville home on Dec. 31 after Boynton Beach Police notified the Alabama Bureau of Investigations.
