Tiffany Fenley celebrated her third birthday Feb. 14 with family and friends at a Tinkerbell themed party.

She is the daughter of Ronnie and Felicia Fenley and the sister to Taylor, Austin and Adam.

She is the granddaughter of Donnie and Joann Capley.
