Funeral service for Neomia “Nehi” McGraw, age 87, of Montevallo, was held Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel in Montevallo. Mike Edmondson and Paula Jones to officiate. Burial followed in Harless Cemetery. Visitation was from 1-2 p.m. prior to the funeral.
McGraw, who passed away March 23, 2009, in Alabaster, was a member of Montevallo First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and wonderful wife to Gomer “Mack” McGraw for 63 years.
She is preceded in death by her sons, James Wade and Ricky McGraw.
She is survived by her husband, Gomer “Mack” McGraw, of Montevallo; daughter-in-law, Linda Wade, of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; sons, Randy (Peggy) McGraw, of Montevallo and Gary (Pam) McGraw, of Helena; nine grandchildren, Jim, Lynette, Sharon, Bill, Brian, Corey, Melissa, Michael and Jeffery; great-grandchildren, James, Karen, Nicky, Hunter, Erica, Haley, Carter and Bentley.
