Farm League – 6 and Under
The White Sox (4-3) defeated the Rays 17-12 for their fourth win of the season. Leading the White Sox at the plate was Adam Reaves, who went 5-for-5 with two singles, a double, two home runs and five RBIs. Beau Hunter went 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs, while Brady and Nicolaus Rigdon each had two two RBIs.
The Tigers defeated the Cardinals 17-9. Wesley Helms was 4-for-4 with three RBIs and played excellent defense at first base. Also going 4-for-4 at the plate for the Tigers were Brodie Coolidge, Gabriel Coats and Brooks Dobson.
Minor League – 10 and Under
The Dodgers improved to 6-1 with a win over the Rays, 14-5. Lee Rickard claimed the win on mound and had nine strikeouts. Big hits from the Dodgers came from Lee Rickard, Dagen White, Joe Harmon and Dalton Odom.
Freshman League – 12 and Under
The 12U Dodgers (8-0) remained undefeated with a 6-1 win over the Giants. David Mock was the winning pitcher with Ian Briggs tossing three innings of relief. Leading hitters for the Dodgers were Kaleb Appling and Jon Michael Grisham, both going 2-for-3.
