Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation is among 17 member facilities of the Alabama Nursing Home Association presented the My InnerView’s 2008 Excellence in Action Award.

The annual award is a national honor that recognizes nursing homes that have superior levels of customer or workforce satisfaction.

The Columbiana facility received the Excellence in Action Award for customer satisfaction. It was awarded based on answers to surveys from nursing home customers when asked if they would recommend the facility to others.
