Long-time Montevallo sports supporter Susie Dement attended a Montevallo 13- and 14-year-olds baseball game Saturday, May 2.

Dement, a former Montevallo school teacher is considered the biggest fan of Montevallo High School and youth league sports. She kept the book for the baseball team for years and has the school gymnasium named in her honor.

After attending a number of junior varsity games this season, she is now continuing her support with the summer league.
