Former Coosa Valley Academy standout Zac Taylor, a sophomore at Wallace State Community Conference in Hanceville, has been selected to the Alabama Community College Conference All-Region XXII Team.

The Vandiver native hit .418 with 19 doubles and five home runs for Wallace State-Hanceville. Taylor’s batting average was the second best among Alabama junior college players. He was also named to the state’s All-Tournament team in May.
