Chelsea running back Garrett Salter has reconsidered his college decision. After signing with Cumberland University of Lebanon, Tenn., Salter chose not to turn in his contract and play instead at Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss.

Salter was the leading rusher in Shelby County as a junior in 2007.
