Rita Young Allen has been named the National Speakers Association member of the year for the Alabama Chapter.

Allen is a vocalist, speaker and trainer. She trains corporate leaders, celebrity speakers and students from the public.

Allen runs her own performing arts studio, teaching private voice, public speaking, stage presence, personal development, wellness, motivation and stress management.

She is a member of the National Speakers Association and is 2009-2010 president of the Alabama Speakers Association. She will attend this summer’s NSA National Convention in Phoenix.
