W. Wesley Smith, 62, of Sterrett passed away Aug. 1, 2009.
He is survived by his daughters, Virginia Rowell and Sherri Snider; sons, Scott Smith and Heath Smith; parents, J. D. Smith and Virginia Smith; sisters, Glenda, Bonnell Shell and Elizabeth; brothers, Calvin Smith, Lavon Smith, and Lynn Smith; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Vandiver Church of God with burial at Union Hill Cemetery.
Visitation was held at the church from 6-9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2009.
