Pelham establishes Civic Complex food and beverage service

PELHAM – The City Council approved a resolution Aug. 3 establishing food and beverage service at the Pelham Civic Complex.
The complex’s current contract with Culinard ends Sept. 1.
The resolution creates four full-time positions, including an executive chef, a sous chef, a catering director and a dishwasher/stocker. The part-time positions will include cooks, dishwashers, apprentices, a wait staff and bartenders.
The resolution passed by a 3-1 vote, with councilmember Bill Meadows voting no. Councilmember Teresa Nichols was absent from the meeting.
