Employer Outreach Director Marvin Copes, of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, presented Lt. Col. Oliver North, the U.S. counter-terrorism coordinator from 1983-1986, with an ESGR Statement of Support at the Freedom Concert in Atlanta.

The mission of ESGR is to gain and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service by recognizing employer outstanding support, increasing awareness of the law, outstanding support, and resolving conflict through mediation.

Copes also received an autographed copy of North’s book, “American Heroes.”
