Oak Mountain football game moved to Hoover
Oak Mountain High School will play a home game at Buccaneer Stadium on the Hoover High School campus Friday night due to unplayable field conditions at Heardmont Park following heavy rainfall this week, Hoover City Schools public relations director Jason Gaston announced Thursday.
For all intents and purposes, this will be considered Oak Mountain’s home game. Hoover fans will have to pay for parking and tickets, Hoover student-activity cards will not be honored and teacher identifications and lifetime memberships will not be honored.
Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m. For more information, please contact the Hoover High School athletic department at 439-1233.
