Chick-fil-A has awarded a $1,000 National Leadership Scholarship to Pelham Chick-fil-A restaurant team member Mark Roberts.

He is studying liberal arts at the San Francisco Art Institute. The national chain has awarded more than $25 million in scholarships to its restaurant employees since 1973.
