Thomas Jerry Collins, 61, of Thorsby died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009 at UAB, Birmingham.
He was born Friday, Feb. 13, 1948 in Chilton County and was the son of the late Orville Collins and the late Martha Cox Collins.
He was a Millwright.
Surviving are his Wife, Ann Collins of Thorsby; two daughters, Chanda (John) of Tenn., and Christa of Tenn.; sister, Jennifer (Nick) Nivens of Clanton; two brothers, Dale (Debra) Collins of Clanton, and Brent (Nancy) Collins of Clanton; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces & nephews.
Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Victory
Chapel Church with Rev. Donnie Messer officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton.
