Marvin Horton, born in Alabama June 11, 1934, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009 at the age of 75.
He was a resident of Wilsonville.
Preceded in death by his father, Grady Horton and mother, Addie Roberson Horton; son, Marvin D. Horton, Jr.; brothers, Jimmy Horton and Roger Horton. Survivors include his wife, Mary Horton; sons, M. L. Horton, Jr., Bobby W. Horton, Jeff Elliott; daughters, Lisa Morgan, Brandy Phillips, brother, Jerry Horton; sisters, Shirley Oliver, Willie Jean Lowery, Helen Smith, Hilda Steele, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside Services were held in Wilsonville City Cemetery Friday, Oct. 30, 2009 at 11 a.m. Brother Douglas Scott will be officiating.
