Graveside service for Evelyn Faye Shaw, 86, of Birmingham, will be at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Union United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Shaw, who passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at a local nursing home, was born April 8, 1923, in Ensley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lane Shaw.
She is survived by her daughters, Betty Lane Thrasher (Joe), Donna Faye Sertell (Mike); grandchildren, Tracy Lane Erickson (Scott), Neil Thrasher (Lana), Stan Thrasher (Anita), Angela Brooks (Jonas), Julie Mann (Danny); seven great grandchildren; brother, Brian Shoemaker and a host of other family and friends.
