Funeral service for Jack Peacock, 85, of Sterrett, were at 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial followed in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation was Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Peacock, who passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at a local nursing home, was born Jan. 9, 1924, in McKeys Rock, PA.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruth E. Peacock; daughter, Barbara Davis (Joe); granddaughters, Tiffany Rooks (Buddy), Andrea Davis and a host of other family and friends.
