Libby Howard celebrated her second birthday Oct. 25, 2009 with a Jumpin’ Jax themed party.

She is the daughter of Brandon and Brandi Howard of Vandiver.

Libby is the granddaughter of Steve and Beverly Owens of Vandiver and the granddaughter of Jerry and Charlotte Howard of Sterrett.

She celebrated her birthday with family and friends.
