Mrs. Vivian Millender Simon, 66, of Wilsonville made her transition on Tuesday, November 26, 2009.
She was a lifelong resident of Shelby County, retired from Shelby Baptist Medical Center after 38 years of service.
She was a member of First Baptist Church Wilsonville.
Service of memory was Wednesday, Nov. 27 at noon at the church. Pastor Troy Holley officiated, with interment in Wilsonville Community Cemetery.
Her loving survivors are devoted sons, Larry (Nadine) Millender, and Thomas Simon; brothers and sister, Oliver (Rose) Millender, Jr., James Earl (Ethel) Millender, Glenn Millender, Ronald (Loretta) Millender, and Jessie Millender; and grandson,
Jordan Simon.
The remains lied in repose Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service at the church.
