Elaine Davenport, 63, of Montevallo, passed away at her home Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009.
‘She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.’
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Jones.
Her surviving relatives are her husband, Sonny Davenport married for 39 years; daughters, Debbie (Michael) Wingard, Nancy (Charles) Schoener; sons, John (Tammy) Davenport, Fred Davenport, David (Janet) Davenport; mother, Ester Jones; sister, Judy (Marlin) Gallups; brothers, Wayne (Gladys) Jones, Bill (Pat) Jones, Mike (Sybil) Jones, Robert Jones, Gary (Kay) Jones; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Friday, Dec. 18, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in the Still Memorial Section of Elliottsville Cemetery in Alabaster. Officiating the services will be Rev. Jeff Fortenberry.
