Frankie Michelle Payne, age 39, of Shelby died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009. Funeral service was held at Bolton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009, at 11 a.m. Visitation was held Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial followed at Spring Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Brayson Chase Payne and Chasity Payne; father, Bobby Sheffield; brother, Stevie Sheffield (Sharon); granddaughter, Gabrielle Relfe; nephews, Nick and Bobby Sheffield; best friends, Mitzi Matzke and Penny Russ; and many other family and friends.
