-Burglary from Brantleyville Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Craftsman 1/2-inch air impact wrench valued at $200, a Ryobi double insulated router valued at $150, a Dewalt 1/4-inch sander valued at $75 and a Rigid 14-inch miter saw with 1/4-inch diamond blade valued at $330.
-Endangering welfare of a child from the 3900 block of Highway 18.
-Unlawfully carry pistol from the d4800 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a .380-caliber pistol and one magazine with three bullets.
Dec. 29
-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Macalpine Circle, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was $12,000 in U.S. currency.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from Highway 28, Columbiana.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from Downs Circle, Shelby. Involved a 2005 Honda Accord EX.
-Trespassing from Mt. Laurel Avenue, Birmingham (supermarket). Stolen was a bottle of wine valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5100 block of Highway 39, Chelsea. Confiscated, seized was one Acetaminophen Hydrocodone 500/7.5-milligram pill (weight 0.85 grams).

-Theft from the 7700 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

Stolen were 30 Methocarbamal 750 milligram tablets valued at $6.71, 16 Hydrocodone APAP 10-650 tablets valued at $4.14, 30 Hydrocodone APAP 10-500 tablets valued at $7.76, an Ipod Nano valued at $150 and a sports watch valued at $80.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 27000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a passenger side window in the amount of $200. Stolen was a Garmin global positioning system.

Stolen was a Tom Tom global positioning system valued at $199, six pair of sunglasses valued at $20 each, $500 in cash, a diamond ring valued at $900 and three credit/gift cards valued at $50 each. Damaged was a front driver’s side quarter panel.
