Dec. 28

-Burglary from Brantleyville Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Craftsman 1/2-inch air impact wrench valued at $200, a Ryobi double insulated router valued at $150, a Dewalt 1/4-inch sander valued at $75 and a Rigid 14-inch miter saw with 1/4-inch diamond blade valued at $330.

-Endangering welfare of a child from the 3900 block of Highway 18.

-Unlawfully carry pistol from the d4800 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a .380-caliber pistol and one magazine with three bullets.

Dec. 29

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Macalpine Circle, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was $12,000 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from Highway 28, Columbiana.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from Brown Road, Calera.

-Trespassing from Woodbury Drive, Sterrett.

-Assault-domestic violence from the 100 block of Parsons Street, Birmingham. (Suffix 02).

-Forgery/theft of property from the 900 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Forged/counterfeited/stolen was a checking account valued at $70.

-Domestic investigation from the 5300 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from Downs Circle, Shelby. Involved a 2005 Honda Accord EX.

-Trespassing from Mt. Laurel Avenue, Birmingham (supermarket). Stolen was a bottle of wine valued at $10.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen and recovered were 12 condoms valued at $5.79.

Criminal trespassing from the 300 block of Bent River road, Hoover.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Structure fire from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Damaged was a house structure, washing machine, dryer, deep freezer, sofa (smoke damage), recliner (smoke damage) and kitchen table (water damage).

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby.

-Domestic violence from the 300 block of McGowan Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence/robbery from Southwood Drive, Alabaster. Stolen was $270 in cash.

-Miscellaneous incident/assault from Hunt Club near Amos Mitchell Road, Columbiana (field, woods).

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham (commercial).

-Domestic violence/harassment from Springfield Loop West, Birmingham.

-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3600 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5100 block of Highway 39, Chelsea. Confiscated, seized was one Acetaminophen Hydrocodone 500/7.5-milligram pill (weight 0.85 grams).

-Fire investigation from Holly Way, Leeds. Damaged was a wood frame house.

-Assault from the 9200 block of Highway 41, Leeds.

-Theft from the 7700 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

-Trespassing from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (construction).

-Damage to property from the 200 block of North River Road, Shelby (highway, street). (Suffix 01). Damaged were a mailbox and wood post.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea (highway, street). Stolen were 30 Methocarbamal 750 milligram tablets valued at $6.71, 16 Hydrocodone APAP 10-650 tablets valued at $4.14, 30 Hydrocodone APAP 10-500 tablets valued at $7.76, an Ipod Nano valued at $150 and a sports watch valued at $80.

-Assault from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo (other, unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 27000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a passenger side window in the amount of $200. Stolen was a Garmin global positioning system.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Tom Tom global positioning system valued at $199, six pair of sunglasses valued at $20 each, $500 in cash, a diamond ring valued at $900 and three credit/gift cards valued at $50 each. Damaged was a front driver’s side quarter panel.

-Assault/criminal mischief from Tolbert Circle, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a driver’s side door in the amount of $100.

-Domestic violence/assault/minor possession of alcohol from Brook Highland Parkway at CrossBridge Church, Birmingham (church).

-Theft of property from the 3100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were five checking account items valued at $1,000.

-Discharging of firearm into occupied building from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 2006 Ford Fusion.

-Burglary from the 3000 bloc of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a 37-inch LCD television valued at $500, a computer item valued at $200 and a 35 mm camera valued at $50. Damaged was a sliding glass door in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 6700 block of Highway 71, Shelby.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 600 block of Highway 315, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Damages included letters carved in to the driver’s rear side panel ($500 damage).

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Hickory Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a mailbox.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 3800 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix.

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Highway 99, Shelby. Stolen was a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee (totaled).
