-Theft of property from the 3900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Mac Notebook laptop computer valued at $1,500.
-Identity theft from the 3900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a debit card valued at $597.80.
Feb. 3
-Reckless endangerment from County Road 26, Columbiana (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an iPod Touch valued at $200.
-Property damage from County Road 22, Montevallo (highway, street). Damaged was a Mazda Meada 5 front-end.
-Assault from Grant Street, Wilton (highway, street).
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 and County Road 22, Montevallo (service, gas station). (Suffix 02). Confiscated was marijuana.
-Theft from the 16000 block of Highway 280,
Chelsea (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a 1994 Ford Explorer valued at $150.
-Receiving stolen property from the 400 block of Old Oak Cove, Chelsea. Recovered were an LG 32-inch flat screen television valued at $600 and an Acer 22-inch computer monitor valued at $200.
-Sexual misconduct from Highway 36, Chelsea.
-Found property from Egg and Butter Road at Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana. Recovered was a Remington Wingmaster firearm valued at $175.
-Harassing communications from the 800 block of Highway 32, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Sullivan Drive, Chelsea.
-Identity theft from Bellerive Knols, Birmingham.
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 87, Calera (storage facility). Stolen were 14 100-pound coils of copper valued at $4,590. Damaged was a chain link fence in the amount of $200.

-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Harassing communications from the 1600 block of County Road 61, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Glaze Road, Vincent.
-Missing person from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.
-Burglary from the 300 block of Cedar Hill Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Stihl chainsaw valued at $425.

-Theft of property from the 600 bloc of Highway 431, Wilsonville. Stolen were a utility trailer valued at $3,800, a 22-ton wood splitter valued at $1,200, propane heater valued at $175, two horse saddles valued at $1,700, a battery charger valued at $150 and horse tact valued at $500.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Mountain Oaks Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were engagement and wedding ring sets valued at $900.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Clay Pit Road, Montevallo. Stolen three aluminum wheels and tractor tires valued at $450.
-Theft from the 13000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (convenience store). Stolen was a 16-ounce Budweiser beer valued at $1.50.
-Civil dispute from the 3500 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Nissan Sentra.
-Obstructing justice using false identity from the 32000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4000 block of County Road 49, Columbiana. Damaged was a U.S. Postal mailbox and post.
-Theft of property from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Stolen was a motor engine puller valued $250.
-Civil dispute from the 52000 block of Broken Bow Lane, Birmingham.
-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 7000 block of White Trail Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Gamin global positioning system valued at $140. Damaged was a driver’s door window on a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $200.

-Drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 at Highway 444, Harpersville (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a multi-colored pipe with burnt marijuana residue.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Joe White Road, Shelby.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia from Highway 25 North at Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo (highway, street). (Suffix 02). Confiscated, seized were 1.2 grams of marijuana and one 1.25 rolling papers.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from Bear Lane, Chelsea.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1000 block of Little Turtle Circle, Birmingham (highway, street). Stolen were about $20 in change and several CDs.

-Burglary from the 2200 block of Inverness lane, Birmingham. Stolen were two laptop computers valued at $1,200, an external hard drive valued at $300, a PlayStation 3 valued at $300 and a Visio flat screen television valued at $500.

-Criminal mischief from U.S. 280 at 119 to Old 280 at County Road 43 (highway, street). (Suffix 03). Damaged was a mobile knowledge dispatch system.
-Property damage from the 19000 block of Highway 41, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a light pole.
-Assault from Highway 438, Wilsonville. Recovered was a Fuji Film camera.
-Burglary from the 13000 block of Shelby County 280, Birmingham (drug store). Stolen were 90 Amox/TRK 875-milligram, 300 Ampicillin 250-milligram, 90 Amrix ER 15-milligram, 120 Aricept 5-milligram, 110 Armour Thyroid 90-milligram, 90 Atacand 16-milligram and 120 atenolol 50-milligram.
-Theft of property from Lake View circle, Vandiver. Stolen were 10 Loritabs 500 milligram.
-Juvenile runaway from Highway 31 at County Road 26 (highway, street).

-Assault/disorderly conduct from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).
-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Damaged was a 2009 Lexus in the amount of $1,000.
-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 4200 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. Stolen and recovered was a 2007 dodge Ram valued at $23,000.
-Theft of property from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen was an African Cichlid fish valued at $30.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol/resisting arrest from Highway 25/Highway 43, Sterrett (service, gas station). (Suffix 02).
-Criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Highway 86, Calera. Damaged in the amount of $400 were a gate and the end of a driveway.
