Ryan Sipes celebrated his third birthday Feb. 22 with family and friends with a “monster truck” themed party. Ryan is the son of Jamie and Chris Sipes and brother to Kyler and Jayla. Grandparents are James and Louise Beasley and Clinton and Susan Sipes.
