The Spain Park High School softball team pounded Bessemer City 16-1 in high school softball action March 22.

Hannah Camp led the Jaguars (12-14) at the plate as she finished 3-for-3 with a double and drove in five runs.

Casey Craig went 3-for-3 with two doubles, a triple and two RBIs. Dekayla Sankey went 3-for-3 with three singles.

Erin Hornsby finished 3-for-4 with a triple and drove in two runs. Liz Ballew went 2-for-2 with two singles.

Sammy Sisson picked up the win on the mound.
