Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bret Michaels coming to Pelham
The hit group Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bret Michaels, frontman for the rock group Poison, are coming to Pelham.
As part of the “God and Guns” tour, Skynyrd and Michaels will perform at the Verizon Wireless Music Center June 17 at 7 p.m., according to LiveNation.com.
The group 38 Special will also be part of the line-up.
Skynyrd’s hits include “Sweet Home Alabama” and “Freebird,” while Michaels’ hits with Poison include “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” and “Nothin’ But A Good Time.”
Michaels, who has also made fame with his hit reality “Rock of Love” shows on VH1, was scheduled to appear at the Verizon Wireless Music Center with Def Leppard on Aug. 11, but the show was canceled.
Tickets for the show will go on sale Saturday, March 27 at 10 a.m. Prices have not yet been announced.
