Pelham sweeps Tuscaloosa County
The Pelham High School soccer teams defeated Tuscaloosa County in Class 6A, Section 6 games in high school soccer action March 23.
Pelham goalkeeper Selina Delgadillo had five saves in the shut out for the Panthers, who improved to 12-1 overall and 4-0 in Class 6A, Section 6.
Melissa Cooley and Dakota DeLuca contributed the goals for Pelham with assists from Mara DeLuca and Brittany Boles.
Spain Park 4, Guntersville 1
Annalika Steyn, Alex Little, Simone Charley and Gillian Carver scored a goal each for the Jaguars, who improved to 10-2-1 overall.
Madeline Hughes finished with two assists. Courtney Newton also had an assist.
Spain Park goalkeeper Lauren Arnold finished with four saves.

Pelham 3, Tuscaloosa County 1
Saul Arceo scored two goals to lead the Panthers, who improved to 7-1-1 overall and 5-0 in Class 6A, Section 6. Gio Corona socred one goal.
Alex Swan had two assists. Hunter Payant finished with six saves.
