-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2400 block of Wahaska Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Nexar Grand global positioning system valued at $300.

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 2000 block of Forest Meadows Circle, Birmingham. Burned were a house and three household dogs.

-Criminal mischief from the 3600 block of Cumberland Trace, Birmingham. Damaged were 20 wood boards in the amount of $500.

Stolen were a global positioning system valued at $100, $500 in cash, two bottles of “Aderol” medication 10 milligram and 20 milligram 30 counts valued at $25 each, and AID/Health Book valued at $35 and a English/Lit valued at $55. Damaged were a latch and back glass in the amount of $50.

-Negotiating a worthless instrument from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (supermarket). Forged, counterfeited was a $20-bill.

-Structure fire from the 3300 block of Highway 37, Columbiana. Damaged were grocery items, a kitchen stove and interior kitchen wall, as well as smoke damage throughout.

-Criminal trespass from the 700 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Burglary (occupied dwelling) from Nolen Street, Sterrett. Stolen were a set of golf clubs valued at $1,200 and a set of golf clubs valued at $600. Recovered were three mountain bikes valued at $150 each.

-Theft of property from Highway 25, Leeds. Stolen were a stove valued at $300, an air unit valued at $800 and a toolbox valued at $350.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Hawthorne Street, Birmingham. Stolen were a Magnavox portable DVD player valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 8400 block of County Road 47, Shelby. Stolen were a debit card, checkbook and jewelry valued at $5,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham. Stolen were a Garmin global positioning system valued at $400.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were a birth certificate, checkbook, debit card valued at $2,100 and a passport.

-Death investigation from the 2200 block of Crestwell Road, Hapersville.

-Death investigation from April Lane, Sterrett.

-Theft of property from Buster Drive, Columbiana. Stolen was a 100-gallon propane tank valued at $170.

-Theft of property from the 49000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett (convenience store). Confiscated, seized/recovered were a HP Photosmart copier valued at $200 and a computer item valued at $400. Also confiscated, seized were 13 counterfeit $50-bills and four counterfeit $100-bills, a counterfeit $50-bill and 14 counterfeit $50 bills.

-Criminal mischief from the 1600 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. Damaged was a yard from tire marks.

-Burglary from Pea Ridge, Montevallo (other, unknown). Damaged was an aluminum frame with glass window in the amount of $65. Stolen were a Coleman propane heater valued at $45, a box of cartridges and shells valued at $45, dishes and silverware valued at $25 and a Buck knife valued at $50.

-Burglary from Pea Ridge, Montevallo (other, unknown). Damaged was an aluminum entrance door. Stolen were Evans Williams whiskey bottles valued at $60, a Buck knife valued at $60 and a Ruger .45-caliber pistol valued at $800.
