Oak Mountain defeats Chelsea in baseball

The Oak Mountain High School baseball team defeated Chelsea 14-4 in high school baseball action April 1.
Paul Angel finished a single shy of the cycle as he went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double and a triple to lead the Eagles, who improved to 12-14 overall.
Angel drove in four runs and scored twice. Cary Baxter finished 2-for-4 with a double and drove in three runs.
Jake Gayle went 1-for-1 and drove in two runs.
Brian Parks picked up the win after giving up only one hit with four strikeouts and two walks in 3 2/3 innings.
Eli Bashour led the Hornets at the plate as he went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs.
