Hilltop Montessori’s middle school class recently served their “Annual Mardi Gras Pancake Breakfast” to the staff and lower elementary. The middle school class prepared homemade pancakes, bacon and sausage for the entire elementary school. Students also decorated the room and explained in detail to the younger children the celebration of Mardi Gras.
