The Thompson High School baseball team picked up a 9-3 win over Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa in its final game of the 2010 season April 10.

Jake Hester picked up the win on the mound after giving up only three earned runs on three hits with seven strikeouts and seven walks in a complete game.

Ian Murray led the Warriors (17-14) at the plate as he finished 2-for-3 and drove in four runs.

Andrew Smith finished 2-for-4 with a double and drove in a run.
