Alabaster’s littlest firefighter, Joey Paulin, celebrated his sixth birthday April 12. A baseball themed party is planned for April 18 at his home in Alabaster. Family and friends have much to celebrate, as Joey survived a nine week coma this past winter, once again defying the odds. Joey now plays baseball for the Opportunity League in Pelham and was all smiles when he crossed home plate at his first game last week.
Joey is the son of Roseanna Paulin and brother to Gionna. Proud grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. Garrard Hargrove of Birmingham and Mr. and Mrs. Tony Naramore of Fairfield, Calif.
