-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 5000 block of Highway 280 East, Birmingham (service, gas station). Stolen were 16.1 gallon of regular gasoline valued at $42.67.

-Death investigation from the 5100 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Theft of prop0erty from the 100 block of Tolbert Circle, Montevallo. Stolen was $5,610.

-Burglary from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver. Stolen were 60 Hydrocodone pills, a silver solitaire ring with Zirconium stone valued at $150 and a Boost/Nextel prepaid phone in the amount of $100.

-Missing person/juvenile runaway from the 100 block of Warrior Drive, Alabaster (school, college).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from the 12000 block of Highway 55 (highway, street). Recovered was 1.1 grams of marijuana, 4 grams of generic Xanax (13.5 tablets), and a marijuana pipe.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance/unlawful possession of marijuana from Valleydale Road and Interstate 65 North (highway, street). (Suffix 02). Recovered was a blunt containing marijuana (1.7 grams total weight), two marijuana buds wrapped in a paper napkin and one and a half Clonezapamk pills with the letter C and the number 14 on it (total weight .5 grams).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3800 block of Highway 37, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Pebble Lane, Alabaster.

-Structure fire from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. Damaged was an abandoned one-story residence.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 30, Columbiana. Stolen were a washing machine valued at $300, a dryer valued at $300 and a stove valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3500 block of Inverness lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a leather bi-fold wallet with various cards.
