Thompson Middle School Ambassadors serve as student representatives for the school at various functions such as Career Day and Parent Visitation Day. Staff sponsors for the Ambassadors are eighth grade counselor Lynn Capps and seventh grade counselor Janice Quarles. The Ambassadors for the 2009-2010 school year are: seventh Grade, Norman Anchrum, Angel Barganier, Allie Campbell, Rebecca Harrell, Salma Hernandez, Sarah Elizabeth McCrory, Mary Kathryn Muller, Ryan Nichols and Faith Rakestraw;

Eigth Grade, Jessica Crocker, Alexa-Ann Dixon, Gabrielle Morgan, Sianna Nelson, Haley Nichols, Gordon Parker, Calicia Porter, Landon Thurmon and Olivia Vaughn.
