April 28
-Theft of property from Arabian Road, Columbiana. Stolen were 20 PlayStation 2 games valued at $400.
-Harassing communication from Chesser Drive, Chelsea.
-Harassment-communications from a work PX and cell phone (restaurant).
-Property damage from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail (school, college).
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Willow Ridge Drive, Indian Springs.
-Theft of services from Chism Circle, Montevallo.
-Theft of services from the 600 block of Highway 45, Sterrett.
-Suicide attempt from County Road 61, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from Miller’s Farm Road, Columbiana (field, woods). Stolen was a 20 cubic foot steel oxygen cylinder.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a pill bottle containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 1000 block of Highway 277, Helena. Stolen were two checkbooks valued at $5.
-Breaking and entering vehicle from Brasher Road, Chelsea. Stolen were four motor mounts valued at $1,000, a transmission jack valued at $300, a strut installer valued at $250 and four 22-inch chrome wheels valued at $1,200.
-Criminal possession of forged instrument from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (drug store). Recovered were a counterfeit $50 and an undisclosed item.
-Identity theft from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (specialty store). Forged was a loan for $479.
-Domestic violence/harassment/disorderly conduct from the 2000 block of Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Dessert Drive, Shelby. Stolen were a firearm, swords, a knife and an ax.
-Domestic violence from Barnett Street, Montevallo.
-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover (other, unknown).
-Harassment from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store).
-Trespassing from the 2700 block of Stevens Creek Road, Birmingham.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of County Road 315, Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 9000 block of County Road 22, Calera (school, college). Stolen were a mailed package containing paperwork valued at $350 and a letter valued at $1.
-Harassment from Highway 280 at Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Forged, counterfeited was a $20-bill.

-Domestic violence from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (service, gas station).
-Property damage from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (commercial). Damaged were two interior walls and a cabinet.
-Property damage from unknown. Damaged was a 2005 Honda Accord (scratch on passenger side).
-Harassing communications from the 28000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 20000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Domestic violence from Day Spring Drive, Chelsea.
-Assault from the 100 block of Highway 201, Montevallo.
-Trespass from the 100 block of Day Spring Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1400 block of County Road 422, Shelby.
-Theft of property from the 400 block of County Road 9, Wilsonville. Stolen were an Olympus camera valued at $299 and an HP printer valued at $300.
-Discharging firearm into unoccupied building from the 12000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (construction). Damaged were a front metal door, refrigerator, power meter and alarm speaker box (all damaged by bullet holes). Recovered was an undisclosed item.
-Burglary from the 2500 block of Highway 93, Helena. Stolen were a Smith & Wesson 9 mm valued at $319.99, a Ruger revolver, a Ruger .22-calibere target pistol, a Gateway Notebook computer, a Gateway laptop computer, a Samsung 42-inch LCD television and a 20-inch LCD television.
-Theft of property from the 4600 block of Coalmont Road, Helena (field, woods). Stolen was a Ruger .22-caliber long rifle valued at more than $189.
-Theft of property from Chelsea (construction). Stolen were a Honda generator valued at $975 and a Milwaukee deep cut band saw valued at $450.
-Theft of property from Diamond Drive, Montevallo. Stolen were coils from an air conditioning unit.
-Domestic violence/unlawful possession of marijuana from Southern Lane and Highway 13, Helena. Recovered were an M & M container with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana weighing 12.5 grams, a black box, a package of rolling papers, a metal scale, a metal grinder and a metal pipe.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham. (Suffix 01).
-Harassment from Brook Highland Parkway (highway, street).
-Harassing communications from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 25000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (parking lot, garage). Damaged were driver and passenger sides of a 1999 Ford F-150 in the amount of $2,500.
-Civil dispute from the 2200 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville.
-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of Newsome Road, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway, street).
-Burglary/theft of property from the 900 block of Highway 54, Montevallo. Stolen were women’s clothes valued at $200, as well as pill bottles containing Ambien pills, Lortab 7.5-milligram pills, Darvocet pills and Xanax pills.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the Highway 18, Montevallo. Stolen were Makita circular saw in a hard case valued at $250, a Dewalt electric drill in a case valued at $150, a wood chisel set valued at $100 and a socket set valued at $100.

-Harassing communications/criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove. Damaged was a glass windowpane.
-Harassment from the 400 block of Autumn Lane, Vincent.
-Receiving stolen property from the 400 block of Edgeland Road, Vandiver. Recovered was a 2006 Ford Escape valued at $15,000.
-Burglary from the 500 block of Highway 478, Leeds. Stolen were a Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $500 and tools in the amount of $200.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville. Stolen were a Wii game system valued at $300 and four Wii games valued at $200.
-Identity theft from the 500 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 800 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen wee a Sirius satellite radio valued at $199, an iPod valued at $150 and cologne valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Belvedere Circle. Damaged wee the top pane of a double pane window in the amount of $1,500 and a mail box in the amount of $200.

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 200 block of Holcombe Road, Calera.
-Structure fire from Turtle Lane, Calera. Damaged was a mobile home singlewide trailer.
-Suicide attempt from Daysprings Drive, Chelsea.
-Discharging of firearm from the 4500 block of Magnolia Drive, Birmingham.
-Harassment/criminal mischief from Asberry Road, Montevallo. Damaged were a glass window in the amount of $100, a fluorescent overhead light in the amount of $75 and sheetrock walls (two holes) in the amount of $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 1700 block of Highway 99, Shelby. Damaged was a John Deere tract or ATV in the amount of $100.

-Criminal mischief/domestic violence/harassment from the 600 block of Salser Lane, Chelsea. Damaged were a screen door and aluminum front door.

-Theft of property from the 5300 block of Highway 280 (service, gas station). Stolen was a 1998 Honda Civic.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana.
-Interfering with child custody from the 200 block of Robertson Lane, Westover.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene. Stolen were seven (jewelry stones) valued at $3,000, a college ring, a bracelet valued at $150 and a diamond tennis bracelet valued at $350.
-Allowing animal to run at large from Franks Acres, Vandiver (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a small dog in the amount of $300.
