Creek View Elementary School held a spelling bee April 14 in the school cafeteria. There were 24 contestants. They were Ethan Benefield, Nick Walden, Seth Curl, Kyle Claiborne, Grayton Arrington, Kaylie Steely, Maddison Stockton, My Ly, Clay Ooms, Kennedy Oglesby, Caroline Talbert, Zac Rogers, Rondell Smith, Brian Hernandez, Jasmine Johnson and Megan Ewart, Aston Annan, Tyler Nichols, Emma Brown, Taylor Smith, Destinee Davis, Christian Pruitt, Lexi Peeples and Ashley Ryan. The winner was Aston Annan.
