Three selected to participate in AISA all-star baseball game
Coosa Valley Academy baseball coach Bobby Hughes and junior John Bullen, along with Cornerstone Christian School coach Tim Smith, have been selected to participate in the 2010 Alabama Independent Schools Association all-star baseball game June 7 in Troy.
Bullen, who was named the AISA Class 1A championship series’ most valuable player as he led the Rebels to their second title in school history earlier this month, will play for the National League squad.
Hughes and Smith will help coach the National League squad as it faces off with an American League team.
The all-star game will begin at 4 p.m. at Troy University’s Pace-Riddle Field.
