Kennedy Shaner celebrated her 4th birthday May 22, 2010, with a “Care Bears” themed party. She is the daughter of Jennifer Turner and Chris Shaner and sister to C.J. Shaner. Grandparents are Carol Bice, James Turner, Butch Collum and Tammy and Sonny Cable.
